Sending this form records a request for review. It does not immediately delete an account, stop a store subscription or remove data from a device. The production app's deletion process is still being prepared.

For the launch email list, choose Privacy or launch-list request on the support page. If you have a paid store subscription, manage it with Apple or Google separately.
